Mitt boende har nu tagit fin form och jag trivs riktigt bra.
Jag hade heller inte förväntat mig att Tobb skulle bli min och att han skulle flytta till Göteborg för min skull då min vän fick jobb utomlands och ville hyra ut sin bostad i andra hand. Att den finaste finns bara några hållplatser bort är ett privilegium som jag insuper till fullo.
Allra minst hade jag förväntat mig att så snart att få ett förstahandskontrakt i ett helt nybyggt område - men nu har jag det också! I januari 2011 tar jag och Tobbe vårt pick och pack och blir sambos i en tvåa i Kvarteret Venus som i detta nu är under byggnation i Gårda. Lägenheten är enligt mitt tycke svindyr, men då vi är två får jag en hyresminskning på några hundralappar och min kärleks underbara sällskap varje dag.
Lägenheten ligger på våning 2 av 7, är på 66 kvadratmeter och har ett litet inglasat "upplevelserum" som går att vistas i året om. Jag får då jag ser planlösningen därför en känsla av att det extra utrymmet gör boendet till en 2,5:a. Innergården planeras bli grön och frodig och läget på husen gör att bygget mitt emot har ett rejält avstånd vilket gör den direkta insynen något begränsad. "Närheten till centrum" är inget att tala om då kvarteret ligger i centrum. Närmaste spårvagnshållplats ligger inte alltför långt borta den heller. Jag hoppas att allt sammantaget gör vårt nya boende värt de pengar vi får lägga ut.
Jag är spänd och förväntansfull inför det nyaste nytt som komma skall. Framtiden är oviss, men när den bjuder på sådana här trevliga överraskningar får den gärna vara det också!
